At That's My.ID we offer a complimentary design service. After you purchase your card(s) you'll receive an email with a link to a simple instruction page where you can upload your logo, choose the size, placement and more. Our design team will then send you a visual mockup for your approval before we go to print; it really couldn't be simpler.

That's My.ID offers a comprehensive warranty that can be purchased here with your product. Covering loss, accidental damage, cosmetic damage, and theft of the product. If a purchased product is discontinued, we will replace it with a like-for-like or similar specification product up to the maximum original purchase price.

The warranty is valid for the duration of the time period purchased; with entitlement to 2 replacements per year within this time period. Postage, packaging, and additional costs incurred will need to be covered by the customer.

Once your card's design has been approved (Our design team will send you mockups to approve) we will move forward with production. This typically takes 24 - 48 hours to complete, upon which we will do quality control, pack your order and ship it. Shipping times vary from region to region, further information can be found below.
